Overview
We are hiring an Account Manager to join our OneMars team (Mars UK, Gum & Fruity), partnering with some of the world’s most recognisable snacking brands. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape impactful campaigns while working across media, data, creativity and commerce. Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their goals and shaping account direction
- Lead the delivery of high-quality media campaigns from brief to execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (including activation and influencer specialists) to deliver integrated work
- Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance using data, insights and broader agency capabilities
- Manage timelines and priorities to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule
- Oversee financial tracking, reporting and overall account health
- Support and develop an Account Executive, providing clear guidance and feedback
Qualifications
- Experience in account management or client servicing within a media agency environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and clients
- Confidence presenting ideas and translating data into clear, actionable insights
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- A thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to challenges and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with media tools and platforms, with an understanding of campaign performance measurement
