Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a 12-month Account Manager for maternity coverage, based out of our London office, to support French-speaking buy-side accounts.

Our team is a dynamic and ambitious group within a global organization, working with strategic customers of Fitch Solutions portfolio. This role is a maternity cover request for strategic buy-side French-speaking accounts, with a 12-month duration starting May 1, 2026. The book of business is approximately $6 million and will require coverage of several key strategic accounts. French language capability is essential for this position.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Retain and grow revenue and overachieving on sales targets for Indirect Account coverage for our largest Strategic accounts globally Work collaboratively with the global sales team to successfully onboard new user groups Build strong relationships and gather intelligence that will increase retention and uncover new revenue opportunities Maintain high levels of activity and regular customer engagement throughout the subscription via face to face and online meetings/emails Give product demonstrations and conduct presentations tailoring the value proposition to the customer’s needs Record all customer activities in internal systems, including Salesforce
You May Be a Good Fit If
Prior experience in a Account Management/Relationship Management role Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets Excellent relationship building, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal English and French
