Our Client
Our client is a beautiful Fine Fragrances company from France. The Maison aims to offer a luxury client experience in store, showcasing unique fragrances and accessories in its own retail stores in London and some of the most upscale department stores in London and across the country.
Position
With retail counters in a luxury Department Store in Manchester, we're looking for a Store Manager to manage both Manchester counters.

This position requires, among other things, the willingness to drive, a valid driver's licence and a car.
Responsibilities
Your role will be to:
- Manage all retail operations in cooperation with our London HQ and the Department store: staff, team planning, inventory and replenishment, sales tools, trainings, analysis and reporting, driving sales and the teams.
- Ensure a luxury in-store experience and draw action plans to maximize sales.
- As a Brand Ambassador, represent the brand in its relationship with the Department Store in all occasions.
- Sale (counter-based position).

Ideal Profile
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a Store Manager role for premium or luxury goods in a Department Store.
- Flexibility and ability to follow both counters simultaneously.
- Leadership and commercial drive, understanding of luxury codes and rules.
