The Account Manager Role
We’re looking for a passionate Account Manager (Fixed-Term Contract) to join Jam Pan. Your mission is to build trusted client partnerships that create real impact—for our clients and for our business.

From day one, you will:
- Work closely with organisations to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Help shape smart learning and capability solutions that genuinely push projects forward.
- Collaborate with talented teams in Programme Success, Partnerships, Talent, UX, and Technology, bringing ideas together in ways that feel joined-up, thoughtful, and un-corporate.
Your Mission
Your core responsibilities include:
- Building trusted client relationships—mensieurs en pensant à partnerships, not transactions
- Deeply understanding what clients truly need to solve the real challenges behind their stated goals
- Identifying growth, upsell, and added-value opportunities in a natural, human way
- Using insight, data, and commercial instinct to provide smart recommendations
- Keeping the client experience excellently high, from the first conversation to long-term delivery
- Proactively identifying risks early, solving problems calmy, and driving momentum
- Working closely with internal teams to shape solutions clients genuinely value
- Introducing fresh, innovative thinking to improve how we manage and grow accounts across Jam Pan
