Purpose

You will be responsible for managing, retaining, and significantly growing revenue across Causeway’s most strategically important enterprise accounts. Operating at the top tier of our customer base, you will own complex, high-value relationships, positioning and closing high-value deals, engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers, and orchestrating internal resources to deliver compelling, joined-up solutions. Your success will be measured on protecting and growing significant Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through strategic account planning, executive engagement, and identifying and closing major expansion opportunities. You will ideally be able to draw on deep knowledge of the built environment to position Causeway as an indispensable partner for our most valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

Deliver GRR targets through timely renewals and churn reduction. Drive ARR growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts. Create and manage account plans aligned to customer objectives and revenue growth. Build trusted C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships to deepen account coverage across enterprise customers. Run regular business reviews to assess value, uncover needs, and position Causeway as a growth partner. Lead QBRs for assigned customers, ensuring the right cadence, content, representation, and alignment to account goals. Partner with Customer Experience to drive adoption, ROI, and customer satisfaction. Lead and coordinate Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Experience efforts to drive expansion, strong proposals, and continuous improvement through customer feedback. Prepare high-quality RFP, RFI, and tender responses for up-sell opportunities. Use MEDDPICC and digital sales tools to qualify growth opportunities consistently and accurately. Keep CRM records current, accurate, and accountable across all customer interactions. Produce accurate renewal and up-sell forecasts to support planning and performance tracking. Represent Causeway at industry events, webinars, and roundtables to build relationships and market awareness. Deliver strong KPIs across meeting cadence, CRM hygiene, pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and account health. Own your development through industry insight, internal training, and leveraging agentic AI tools.

Operational Management

Coordinate daily activities to ensure the team is aligned with operational priorities and targets. Manage the distribution of tasks and workload to maintain consistent delivery and high performance. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align team activities with broader business goals and sales initiatives. Support continuous improvement by sharing and applying best practice, identifying process bottlenecks and implementing changes that enhance agility and effectiveness across sales and account management.

Key Skills, Experience And Qualifications

Essential Skills:

Proven experience managing and growing revenue from existing accounts in a platform, SaaS or technology business. Strong track record in achieving revenue retention and up-sell targets. Ability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Proficient in identifying customer objectives and aligning solutions to deliver measurable value. Skilled in negotiating renewals and up-sell agreements, including navigating complex commercial discussions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including previous experience in RFI/RFP/tender responses. Confident in using CRM systems and digital tools to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive efficiency. Ability to work to a personal target, being autonomous, proactive and managing time effectively to maximise effectiveness across your solution group. Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute to team-wide strategies and continuous improvement.

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

Relevant built environment industry or digital transformation experience. Degree-level, diploma or equivalent education preferred.
