About the Company
Are you an ambitious Account Manager looking to join a creative agency where you'll work on a diverse portfolio of clients and have the opportunity to develop your career?
We're working with a well-established independent creative agency that is continuing to grow and is looking for an Account Manager to become a key part of its close-knit client services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing creative projects from brief through to delivery and working across a broad range of integrated marketing campaigns.
Description
As Account Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard. Acting as the main point of contact for your clients, you'll confidently take briefs, manage expectations and collaborate with internal creative, digital and production teams to deliver outstanding work.

You'll also play an important commercial role, overseeing quotations, budgets and invoicing while identifying opportunities to add value and strengthen client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing multiple client accounts and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Taking detailed briefs and translating client requirements into actionable project plans
- Building trusted, long-term client relationships
- Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver projects successfully
- Leading client meetings and presentations with confidence
- Managing project budgets, quotations, invoicing and financial reporting
- Ensuring exceptional levels of client service throughout every project
- Supporting the continued growth of existing accounts through proactive thinking and excellent service

Experience
You'll already have experience within a creative, marketing or integrated agency environment and be ready to take the next step in your career.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience as a Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager within an agency
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across branding, design, print, digital, social media, email marketing, web and content
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects
- A proactive, positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for agency life
