Account Manager

Join Fleek – Account Manager, UK & US Portfolios

Canberra to solve one of the world’s most pressing supply chain problems: secondhand fashion.

The fashion industry churns out over 100 billion garments annually, with 60% ending up in landfills—not because people stop wanting them, but because the supply chain for secondhand garments is broken. Fleek is fixing this. Our mission is to make secondhand fashion the default choice by building the global digital infrastructure for the secondhand clothing trade.

Here’s how we do it:

  • A B2B AI-powered marketplace connecting resellers, vintage stores, and buyers with wholesalers and rag houses globally.
  • FleekSort, our proprietary AI model that grades, prices, and categorises secondhand clothes via photo, turning an opaque, manual trade into a searchable, automated marketplace.
  • Saved 9 million items from landfill since 2022 with year-over-year tripled sales and a recent $50M Series B round led by investors like a16z, Y Combinator, and Burda.
  • Powering the $350B projected secondhand market by 2027 with a global team of 100+.

This is a fast-paced startup-heavy-growth opportunity where you’ll build—not just execute—account management systems powered by AI. If scaling a high-impact role with purpose interests you, read on.

About the Role

We’re hiring an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of Fleek’s marketplace customers, driving retention, wallet share expansion, and long-term health.

Your remit:

  • Manage a book of resellers, vintage stores, and enterprise buyers across the UK and US.
  • Serve as their single point of contact, but back this with systems and AI to ensure scalability and quality.
  • Compete aggressively for online spend, proactively solve customer pain points, and grow spend month-on-month.
  • This isn’t traditional client management—it’s entrepreneurial account growth with an AI-first mindset.

P trouver-driven entrepreneurs, detail-obsessed thinkers, and commercial hustlers thrive here.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

  • Grow a profitable portfolio: Manage a book of customers in the £5k–£15k monthly spend range with a clear leverset for higher-value accounts. Your goal is 10–20% month-over-month retention + wallet share growth.
  • Build healthy accounts: Ensure customers buy categories that align with supplier demand while minimising refunds and cancellations. Healthy customers = retained customers.
  • Drive engagement: Use WhatsApp, email, targeted calls, curated stock lists, bundles, and supplier recommendations to keep customers active and expanding orders.
  • Win back lapsed customers: Identify inactive accounts, diagnose churn, and propose compelling reasons for return.
  • Champion self-service: Help customers leverage the platform independently whilst maintaining high-touch relationships, preventing company dependence.
  • AI and automation champion: Work closely with product and engineering to build AI workflows that surface customer pain points (late deliv—toions behaviour, stock visibility gaps) and inform product roadmaps.
  • Cross-functional insights: Feed customer insights back to product, ops, and supply to drive platform improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
