The role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who is comfortable working with big brands. You’ll be commercially driven with a focus on the key details as much as the big picture, and you’ll always be looking for new opportunities with existing and new clients.
You’ll back all that up with a solid understanding of branding and marketing, and a passion for inspiring great creative and how it can help your clients unlock their challenges. You’ll also be able to write a killer brief to inspire our talented studio team.
Key responsibilities
- To maintain excellent relationships with our clients and effectively manage their work through our business.
- To take responsibility for managing client accounts and delivering projects, ensuring all relevant client and agency targets are met.
- To look for and pursue opportunities for further work within the accounts for which you are responsible and ensure that we maintain and maximize a healthy level of profitability on all work we do.

Required skills
- Solid agency experience is essential
- 2+ years as an Account Manager with strong brand and marketing experience
- Confident communication is essential to present work to clients and team members
- The flexibility to work with a wide range of sectors in both B2B and B2C
- Attention to detail and the urge to drive projects forward essential
Location and working hours
This role will be based from our Manchester office, 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The role is open to hybrid working. Occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
