You will own a high-growth portfolio of business customers, driving monthly retention and wallet share expansion. As a core member of the commercial team, you will build AI-enabled workflows to scale account management and bridge the gap between traditional offline supply chains and a modern digital marketplace platform.

- Manage a diverse portfolio of business customers, driving 10-20% monthly growth in retention and wallet share.
- Implement AI-first engagement strategies to scale personalized communication and identify high-value opportunities within your book.
- Act as the voice of the customer, partnering with product teams to solve operational pain points and improve platform experience.
