Account Manager
🚀 Account Manager 💰 £35,000 – £40,000 📍 Hybrid Working (2 days in the office)
Some agencies lean heavily on creativity. Others are driven purely by data. The best? They find the sweet spot in between. ✨
This is an opportunity to join a thriving, integrated B2B agency that blends strategy, storytelling and performance marketing to help ambitious brands grow. Their clients span manufacturing, industrial and property sectors, and their collaborative team of strategists, developers and creatives deliver campaigns that don’t just look great—they deliver real results.
💼 The Role You’ll be joining a grounded, down-to-earth team who genuinely enjoy what they do (and who they do it with). Their strong staff retention speaks volumes. At the heart of every successful campaign is someone who connects the dots—between data and creativity, client ambition and commercial outcomes. That’s where you come in. This is a role for someone who thrives in the middle of it all—acting as both a creative partner and a trusted advisor.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
