We’re building a collaborative, inclusive team in London and are looking for commercially minded people who enjoy ownership, accountability, and building long-term customer relationships.
👩💼 About The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of existing customers, acting as the commercial lead for each account. Your focus will be on ensuring customers clearly understand the value of Searchland, remain engaged with the platform, and renew and expand their subscriptions over time.
You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to align customer outcomes with commercial success - turning strong product adoption into long-term partnerships and revenue growth.

- Position Searchland’s product value clearly against customer goals, workflows, and outcomes.
- Drive strong product adoption in partnership with Customer Success to support renewals and growth.
- Manage subscription renewals end-to-end, proactively identifying and mitigating renewal risk.
- Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities based on usage, maturity, and customer needs.
- Lead confident, value-led commercial conversations with customers, including renewals and pricing.
- Gather and relay structured customer feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap priorities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, renewal tracking, and revenue forecasting across your portfolio.
- Ensure operational follow-through on contracts, renewals, and billing in collaboration with internal teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
