Role Description
The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth experience with FirstFlip LTD’s currency exchange services. On a day-to-day basis, the role includes onboarding new clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve service usage and satisfaction. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate solutions, track account performance, and provide regular updates and reports to clients. This is a remote role structured as a contract position, requiring consistent communication, professional responsiveness, and a focus on client retention and growth.

- Strong client relationship management skills, including account oversight, client communication, and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in basic financial concepts and an understanding of currency exchange or fintech services.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, clear, and customer-focused style.
- Comfort with remote work tools and digital platforms, including CRM systems and online collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a data-informed approach to improving client experience and retention.
- Previous experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles in financial services or technology is preferred.
