We’re looking for an experienced Hard Services Account Manager
To lead the operational, commercial and technical delivery across a varied commercial portfolio.

You’ll work across a diverse London portfolio, leading M&E service delivery, statutory compliance, contractor performance and commercial outcomes, while helping clients protect and enhance the long-term value of their assets.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Managing the safe, compliant and commercial delivery of Hard FM services across a multi-site London portfolio.
- Leading client relationships, service reviews and operational performance meetings.
- Providing technical oversight across HVAC, electrical, mechanical, life safety and building services.
- Driving statutory compliance, audit readiness and engineering standards.
- Managing specialist contractors, quoted works, lifecycle planning and asset performance.
- Taking ownership of a portfolio with P&L responsibility, ensuring commercial performance alongside operational excellence.
- Leading and developing engineers, supervisors and coordinators to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

What we’re looking for:
You’ll already have experience in Hard FM, Technical Services or M&E-led operations and be confident managing complex commercial properties.
You’ll bring:
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and building services.
- Experience managing multi-site FM portfolios.
- Commercial awareness, including budgets, quoted works and supplier performance.
- The ability to translate technical issues into practical client solutions.
- A collaborative leadership style that brings teams together to solve problems.
Above all, you’ll take ownership, lead by example and continually look for ways to improve how things are done.
