Are you a relationship-builder who thrives on turning client partnerships into long-term success stories? Go Inspire is looking for an Account Manager to own key customer relationships and drive projects seamlessly from concept to completion — working closely with teams across the business and trusted external suppliers to make it happen.

What you'll be doing:
Relationships & Communication
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customer stakeholders, delivering World Class service at every touchpoint
- Instigate and attend regular customer meetings to discuss account performance, upcoming projects, and new opportunities
- Keep customers in the loop with regular updates on both GI and the wider industry
- Provide technical support to help customers achieve their goals
Project Delivery
- Ensure every project is delivered on time, in full (OTIF), and to exact customer specifications
- Own the project schedule end-to-end — keeping key dates accurate and communicating changes promptly
- Populate accurate job information into the MIS and raise accurate Purchase Orders for external suppliers
- Provide clear work instructions to internal departments and external suppliers
- Manage customer stock requirements in line with GI specifications, including delivery documentation and timely billing/recycling of surplus stock

Commercial & Growth
- Identify, agree, and document costs for client invoicing
- Invoice all projects within agreed KPIs
- Work with Sales and Leadership to protect existing relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
- Share feedback across the business to drive continuous improvement on future projects
- Partner with Production, Sales, and suppliers to find the most efficient way to deliver every job without compromising customer requirements

- A strong communicator and negotiator who genuinely understands customer objectives
- Excellent planning, organisation, and administrative skills, with sharp attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise, multitask, and stay composed under pressure and tight deadlines
- A flexible, committed team player who can relate to all areas of the business
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools
