Account Manager London
Circa £45,000 basic (DOE) | Central London (two data centre sites)
We are seeking a proactive Facilities & Maintenance Contract Coordinator to manage service and maintenance contracts across two data centre sites in East India Dock.
Working closely with the Engineering Manager, you'll take ownership of maintenance activities, contractor performance, and PPM delivery while ensuring high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all service and maintenance contracts across both sites.
- Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes.
- Attend weekly on-site meetings.
- Produce and present a monthly performance review.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual compliance.
- Act as the main point of contact for maintenance coordination.

About You
You'll Have
- Experience managing service and maintenance contracts within facilities management, building services, or engineering.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating PPMs and maintenance schedules.
- Confidence preparing reports and delivering presentations.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Previous experience or knowledge of data centres and gas suppression systems would be highly advantageous.

Working Pattern & Package
- On site three days per week, with flexibility for additional attendance when required.
- Basic salary of circa £45,000 (DOE).
- All business travel and expenses paid.
- Opportunity to support two critical data centre facilities in Central London.
