We’re looking for a Account Manager who thrives on building long-term client relationships and driving commercial growth. This is a consultative sales role focused on developing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers. You will take ownership of your portfolio, ensuring clients see real value in our services while uncovering ways to expand and strengthen partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison between Wanstor and our clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with clients' business goals.
- Drive business growth by identifying and capitalising on opportunities within the client's operations.
- Maintain and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Engage in new business activity looking for new logos.
What You'll Need

- Proven experience in client management roles within the IT service industry.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application in business contexts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
