Account Manager

DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

£30,000–£40,000 + Commission Hybrid Working – 2 days onsite Based in Chester Minimum 2 years' experience within Client Services or Account Management

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a well-established digital marketing agency working with a diverse portfolio of eCommerce brands and retailers. This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve their digital marketing objectives while identifying opportunities to expand their marketing activity across multiple channels.

THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships while ensuring campaigns remain aligned with strategic objectives. Working closely with the Head of Client Services and wider digital marketing teams, you'll act as the bridge between clients and delivery specialists, ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully and opportunities for growth are identified. You will: Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships Lead client calls, meetings and reporting sessions Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations Identify risks and proactively implement solutions Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling services Collaborate with internal teams, partner agencies and stakeholders Stay up to date with SEO, Digital PR and wider digital marketing trends Represent campaign delivery teams during client meetings

ACCOUNT MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Minimum 2 years' experience within Client Services or Account Management Strong client relationship management skills Understanding of SEO and Digital PR principles Broad digital marketing knowledge across multiple channels Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience coordinating campaigns and managing multiple priorities Strong analytical and reporting capabilities Highly organised and proactive approach

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

Experience working with eCommerce brands Knowledge of PPC and Paid Social channels Experience within Home Durable Goods, Furniture or Travel sectors Agency-side experience
