Account Manager || Hybrid || Manchester || Up to £40,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a portfolio of Paid Social accounts, driving growth and performance.
- Develop creative briefs and collaborate with designers on creative strategy.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and long-term success.
- Lead client onboarding, research, and account development initiatives.
- Deliver regular client communication and strategic performance updates.
Essential Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing Paid Social campaigns.
- Experience running revenue-focused Meta & Google campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Some understanding of creative strategy and creative performance optimisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills within a fast-paced agency environment.
