Role Description
We are currently looking for an experienced creative and self-motivated Account Manager to join our JACK team in London, sitting in the wider Build Hollywood sales team. JACK specialises in building our media agency and poster specialist relationships working with brands from Film & TV to fashion and alcohol. JACK is currently with a wide range of clients and brands including Nike, Bumble, and Paramount.
You will be a part of the wider BUILDHOLLYWOOD sales team. You will manage and develop your own portfolio of agency clients as well as actively seek out new opportunities and briefs from advertising, media, and out-of-home specialist agencies. We need someone who is a confident presenter, networker, and salesperson. Someone who is knowledgeable about their cities and the local scene, who is excited about the world of outdoor media agencies, brands, and street culture. Someone who can create strategies to approach individual clients to sell in our services.
You will be based in our Angel office 4 days a week, with 1 day working from home.
What you'll be doing
Account management
- Form and manage client relationships both existing and new
- Consistently provide excellent client service
- Writing proposals and presentations in response to briefs
- Use internal system to develop site plans in response to brief
- Plan, manage and implement campaigns from start to finish
- As part of a team deliver problem-free, well-planned projects to the highest standard
Creative Studio
- Develop project management skills to ensure clients' needs are met
- Idea generation and developing experiential, stunt, and ambient ideas as part of a team
- Write and manage budgets to ensure profits are maintained
- In conjunction with Creative Studio, effectively plan, manage, and implement creative campaigns
Business Development
- Maintain a clear understanding of team targets and monthly/quarterly/yearly sales
- Respond to new clients in a timely manner
- Support outreach by identifying potential new clients
- Organise presentations to introduce our services and assess client needs
- Ensure all introductory meetings are followed up, carrying out any action discussed
- Research and maintain knowledge of industry trends
Overall
- Join our growing business and help our development as the leading creative advertising specialist
- Support other team members as and when required
About you

- Experience working in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Good presentation skills - verbal and written
- An ability to build on and develop strong client relationships
- Media and advertising savvy
- Project management skills
- An understanding and passion for youth culture
- Ability to plan and manage your own workload
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- A proven ability to sell in ideas and concepts
- Familiar with working to sales targets

The following would be advantageous:
- Experience working with Media Specialists and/or Agencies
- Understanding of outdoor advertising
- Experience of experiential and ambient implementation

- Salary of £34k-£38k (dependent on experience), eligibility for quarterly sales bonus, plus annual bonus scheme to share in company success.
