Sales Account Manager
Leeds City Centre
£30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£50,000 Year 1 OTE)

I'm looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals who enjoy building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and closing opportunities. In return, you'll receive a £30,000 basic salary, uncapped commission with a realistic £50,000 first-year OTE, excellent training, and genuine career progression opportunities. Based on the role profile provided, you'll be responsible for both new business and account growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Opportunity
As a Sales Account Manager, you'll work with both new and existing business customers, helping them find the right solutions for their needs.

You'll take ownership of incoming enquiries, develop customer relationships, manage renewals, and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys consultative sales, thrives on hitting targets, and wants to build a long-term career in a growing business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with customers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Managing inbound leads and proactively developing new business opportunities.
- Building and growing relationships with existing accounts.
- Conducting outbound calls to generate opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Managing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Processing customer orders and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
- Maintaining an active sales pipeline and working towards individual and team targets.
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
