Account Manager
I'm working with a growing events and exhibitions business looking to appoint an Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of key clients.
This is a relationship-led role, focused on growing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from brief through to completion.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this position due to regular travel to client sites and events.
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development or another client-facing commercial role.

We're particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience managing and developing client relationships.
- Experience preparing quotations, proposals and commercial solutions for customers.
- A track record of growing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Strong client retention skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Commercial awareness, with experience working to KPIs, targets and revenue objectives.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts and CRM systems.
- Exposure to events, exhibitions, trade shows or project-led environments would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism and a genuine desire to build long-term client partnerships.
