Account Manager – Industrial B2B (North East/Yorkshire)
Location: North East/Yorkshire Work Arrangement: Hybrid
About the Role
The Account Manager will oversee customer management and development across the North East and Yorkshire regions, focusing on:
- New business acquisition
- Revenue growth through tailored solutions
- Achievement of sales targets
You’ll work within a dynamic, innovative industrial team and must reside within Yorkshire or the North East.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing accounts to maximise revenue and meet targets
- Build professional relationships with customers and prospects
- Lead meetings, negotiations, and sales opportunities
- Develop a territory-specific business plan with clear, smart goals
- Ensure adherence to company policies, business rules, and tools

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager/Area Sales Manager in industrial B2B environments
- Strong background in:
- Consultative sales techniques
- Value-selling approaches
- Hands-on experience in territory sales management
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on performance
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the team and manager
- Willingness to travel regularly
