About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to lead strategically important accounts while identifying and developing longer-term customer opportunities that support Saputo Dairy UK’s growth ambitions.
The role requires building strong, cross-functional internal partnerships and trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders while developing, negotiating, and delivering annual business plans aligned with SDUK’s strategy and brand objectives.
Key Contributions
By taking on this role, you’ll contribute by:
- Building strong, collaborative internal and external relationships that unlock sustainable growth opportunities across Booker, Costco, and future customer portfolios.
- Leading clear, proactive communication and commercial negotiations, driven by an understanding of the complexity and dynamics of these key accounts.
- Supporting and delivering agreed NPD and category strategies for Booker and Costco, with potential influence over additional customers aligned with SDUK priorities.
- Owning and executing the annual business planning process to increase certainty, shared value, and long-term partnerships for both SDUK and its customers.

Ideal Candidate
You’re best suited for this role if you have:
- Proven experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment, with exposure to Own Label propositions.
- A strong track record in leading and negotiating Joint Business Plans (JBPs), securing new commercial opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills to build enduring and effective relationships internally, cross-functionally, and with senior customer stakeholders.
- Robust organizational capabilities for prioritization, planning, and executing strategies across complex accounts.
- Strong analytical ability, translating data and insights into impactful, creative recommendations aligned with category and SDUK growth.
- Commercial and business acumen, including understanding P&L management and creating value.
