The Role
- Drive distribution, visibility and advocacy of Westons brands across key on trade accounts.
- Build strong relationships with RTMs, field sales teams and regional customers.
- Secure new listings while protecting and enhancing existing distribution.
- Ensure outlets have the right POS, equipment and support to showcase the range brilliantly.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver against sales, revenue and profit targets.

- Drinks industry experience, ideally with on trade exposure.
- Confident, personable and commercially sharp.
- Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and naturally.
- Organised, proactive and results focused with a positive, 'can do' approach.
- Thrives in a field based role and enjoys being out in trade.
