Partner Account Manager – Hospitality Tech 🍕

£48,000 base | £66,000 OTE | Shoreditch, London | Hybrid & Field-Based

We’re partnering with a fast-growing hospitality technology business helping restaurants, bakeries and QSRs take control of their online ordering, customer relationships and profitability. Think Shopify for restaurants: a direct ordering platform that allows hospitality brands to reduce their reliance on third-party marketplaces, protect their margins and build stronger relationships with their customers.

They already work with some of the UK’s most recognised hospitality brands and are now looking for a commercially driven Partner Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of around 200 accounts.

The Role

You’ll become the main point of contact for partners once they’re live, ensuring they continue to see value from the platform while identifying opportunities to grow each account. Initially, your focus will be on building relationships, understanding your portfolio and keeping the book steady. From there, you’ll take ownership of retention, renewals, upselling and account growth.

This isn’t a role for someone who simply responds to customer queries. You’ll be expected to challenge customers, uncover opportunities and treat your portfolio like your own business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and develop relationships across a portfolio of approximately 200 hospitality partners.
  • Build credibility with everyone from independent restaurant founders to C-suite stakeholders within multi-site groups.
  • Create a tiered account strategy, giving high-value partners deeper support while maintaining meaningful contact across the wider portfolio.
  • Keep churn low by identifying risks early and ensuring partners continue to see clear value.
  • Uncover opportunities to increase revenue through additional products, new locations, loyalty solutions, branded apps and expanded delivery.
  • Use customer and platform data to identify opportunities and build strong commercial cases.
  • Take ownership of the renewal cycle through to signature.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the platform so you can solve problems and advise partners confidently.
  • Maintain accurate partner records and activity within HubSpot.
  • Feed customer insight back into the product team and help improve account management playbooks.
  • Use AI and automation to manage your portfolio efficiently and give every partner the right level of attention.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
