About The Company
My client is an independent, award winning digital agency in Bedford town centre. They are a fast-growing digital marketing agency that partners with ambitious brands across international sports and iGaming. Combining data, creativity and digital expertise, they help clients grow through integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
ABOUT THE ROLE
They're now looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their collaborative team and help build lasting client relationships while driving commercial success.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with agency experience who enjoys building trusted client relationships and delivering high-performing digital campaigns.
Working alongside specialists across SEO, PPC, content, digital PR and AI-driven marketing, you'll become the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects run smoothly while identifying opportunities to help clients grow.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thinking commercially and getting stuck in.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of digital marketing clients.
- Coordinate the delivery of integrated digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, content and digital PR.
- Lead client meetings, manage project timelines and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services and strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with internal specialists to deliver outstanding client results.
- Use AI tools and digital insights to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.

To be considered for this role as Account Manager for a Digital Marketing Agency in Bedford; you'll bring:

- Previous experience as an Account Manager within a digital, marketing or integrated agency.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing channels and how they work together.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commercial mindset with confidence identifying opportunities to grow client accounts.
- An entrepreneurial attitude - you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems and working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- An interest in sports, gaming or regulated industries would be an advantage, although experience in these sectors isn't essential.
You MUST have the right to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available.
