Location: London | Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
We are proactively building a talent pipeline for future Account Manager opportunities within Managed Services and capacity-based delivery environments. We would be happy to connect with experienced professionals interested in exploring upcoming roles expected to open in the near future.
This role is suited for candidates with a strong background in enterprise account management, operational governance, and large-scale delivery management across onsite and offshore teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing strategic enterprise accounts and client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness with experience driving delivery performance and customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage complex delivery environments and coordinate global teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience within IT services, consulting, outsourcing, or digital transformation organizations

Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Account / Engagement Management
- Background in Managed Services and capacity-based delivery models
- Experience managing onsite–offshore delivery teams
- Ownership of SLAs, KPIs, delivery governance, and operational performance
- Proven revenue and P&L management experience ($10M+ portfolio)
- Strong stakeholder and executive client engagement skills
- Experience with programme governance and resource optimization
- Ability to work in Agile and fast-paced environments
