Account Manager
Onsite – Outskirts of Cambridge | Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000
We are currently working with a rapidly growing and dynamic business based on the outskirts of Cambridge who are looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven account management experience who is keen to develop their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Main Duties
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Keeping clients updated on offers, promotions and company news
- Proactively engaging customers to drive sales and growth
- Handling customer enquiries accurately and efficiently
- Processing orders, payments and maintaining CRM records
- Supporting the wider sales team and contributing to company targets

Requirements
- Previous account management or similar client-facing experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Good problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- A hardworking, flexible approach in a busy environment
