Account Manager
Location: Exeter Salary: £30,000pa + Bonus
Are you an experienced Account Manager who thrives on building long-term relationships, growing key accounts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences?
We're collaborating with a well-established international business seeking to appoint an Account Manager. This role will involve managing and developing an existing portfolio of valued commercial clients while identifying new business opportunities in a relationship-focused environment.
You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure outstanding service.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing commercial accounts.
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts and secure new business.
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers through regular communication, networking, and industry events.
- Creating and executing account growth strategies.
- Acting as the primary internal liaison for customer needs, ensuring their demands are accurately understood and addressed.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement.
- Staying informed about market trends and industry developments.

About You
We seek a candidate with:
- Previous experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Commercial Sales.
- A track record of building lasting client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A proactive, consultative approach to sales.
- Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and CRM proficiency.
- Analytical abilities to evaluate commercial performance and spot growth opportunities.
