Account Manager

The role

As Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of B2B clients, acting as their trusted day-to-day partner while ensuring projects and campaigns are delivered smoothly, commercially and to an exceptionally high standard.

Working alongside specialists across strategy, content, planning and creative, you'll help clients solve business challenges, deliver meaningful marketing programmes and identify opportunities to grow relationships over time.

The work spans Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Deal-Based Marketing (DBM), sales enablement, campaigns, content and proposition development, providing exposure to a broad mix of projects and stakeholders.

You'll be involved in:

  • Owning day-to-day client relationships and project delivery
  • Leading client meetings and managing expectations
  • Developing project scopes, timelines and budgets
  • Coordinating internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client accounts
  • Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the client services team

What we're looking for

You'll already be working within a marketing, creative, communications or sales enablement agency environment and have experience managing B2B clients and projects.
