Account Manager – Creative Services

Manchester | Hybrid Working
£35,000 – £38,000

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Account Manager who loves building client relationships and delivering great creative work?

We're looking for a Creative Account Manager to join a growing agency, working with a range of leading retail and consumer brands. You'll act as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from brief to delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong client service skills with commercial awareness, organisation, and a passion for creative campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing key client relationships and becoming a trusted partner
  • Acting as the day-to-day contact across multiple accounts
  • Briefing and collaborating with Creative, Design and Production teams
  • Managing projects from concept through to delivery
  • Coordinating timelines, budgets and resources
  • Presenting creative work, updates and recommendations to clients
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Previous Account Management experience within a Creative, Marketing, Branding or Integrated Agency
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience delivering creative or marketing projects from start to finish
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and account growth experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Desirable

  • Experience working with Retail, FMCG or Consumer brands
  • Shopper Marketing, Brand Activation or Experiential Campaign experience
  • Exposure to integrated multi-channel campaigns
