About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team!

As an account manager you will be accountable for the performance of allocated client account/s in line with business expectations. You will foster and nurture positive relationships to ensure retention and growth of client accounts, while also ensuring the profitable and efficient operation of assigned contracts.

As part of this role frequent travel between sites will be required.

Duties & Responsibilities

Maximise the profitability of assigned contracts and deliver required results. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, which enables the delivery of client KPIs in line with business efficiencies. Accountable for the delivery of service to budget, contract requirements, and to the satisfaction of the client by directing team members through a clearly defined strategy and accountability process. Complete on-site client visits on a regular basis, building relationships and being aware of any potential or existing client dissatisfaction or circumstances that could result in a loss of business, ensuring that all issues are resolved. Ensure awareness of all competitive activities within accounts and prevent attrition. Resolve any personnel or performance issues before they are escalated. Lead and maintain account development plans, supporting change management processes and ensuring risks are mitigated. Work flexibly as contracts demand (may include overnight or weekend working & extensive travelling). Prepare and complete information for reports within agreed time scales. Act always in the best interest of the business

Qualifications And Skills

Demonstratable experience in a similar/equivalent role Strong commercial Acumen Excellent communication and reporting skills IT literate, with experience of using Microsoft and CRMs Self motivated, confident and an engaging approachable manner with a ‘can do’ flexible attitude to work requirement.
