Working with manufacturers of ventilation, refrigeration, and HVAC systems, you'll combine engineering understanding with commercial expertise to drive long-term growth.
You'll inherit existing customer relationships whilst developing new opportunities, supported by a highly experienced team and the strength of the Siemens brand.
Ideal candidates may come from HVAC, BMS, Controls, Refrigeration or Automation backgrounds and enjoy combining technical expertise with commercial relationship-building to influence customer solutions from concept through to implementation.
Please note: this role requires candidates to have current and permanent right to work in the UK. We are unable to support visa applications for this position.
You’ll create impact by:
- Develop and grow a portfolio of OEM customers while identifying and securing new opportunities across the UK market.
- Drive OEM business growth by identifying, developing and winning new opportunities while expanding existing accounts and increasing share of wallet.
- Consistently deliver against sales targets, converting customer needs into profitable, sustainable orders.
- Design and deliver tailored HVAC, refrigeration and digital solutions, combining technical expertise with commercial insight.
- Collaborate with Siemens' global OEM community, product management teams and technical specialists to develop innovative customer solutions.
- Partner closely with customers and internal engineering/product teams to co-create solutions aligned to application requirements and delivery capabilities.
- Build trusted relationships with engineering, procurement, R&D and leadership teams across customer organisations.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including shaping growth plans, managing negotiations and implementing effective pricing strategies.
- Provide technical guidance, product selection support, training and workshops to drive customer success and adoption.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
