Are you passionate about building long-term client relationships and driving business growth in the Data Analytics, AI, Cloud, and IT Services space? Polestar Analytics is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing UK team and help our enterprise customers unlock the full value of data-driven transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow strategic enterprise customer accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders
  • Drive customer success, renewals, and account expansion
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Analytics, AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation services
  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Leadership teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive discussions, and strategic account planning

We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Partner, or Enterprise Relationship Management
  • Strong experience in IT Services, Data Analytics, AI, or Cloud Consulting organizations
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for delivering customer value and business growth
