IFGlobal is a fast-growing 3PL and fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse at Aviation Park West, we’re scaling fast, and we want people who want to grow with us.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to play a key role in strengthening and growing our client relationships. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll be the trusted partner for our customers, ensuring they get maximum value from our fulfilment solutions while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and improve performance. You’ll take ownership of your client portfolio, act as the main point of contact, and work closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding service.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships that drive retention, growth, and satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver account plans aligned with client objectives and IFGlobal's commercial strategy.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business within your portfolio.
- Take ownership of Gross Profit growth, client satisfaction, and overall account performance.
- Monitor account performance, forecasts, and service levels, using data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Resolve client issues proactively, ensuring challenges are addressed quickly and effectively.
- Act as the voice of the client, sharing feedback and helping to improve our services and ways of working.
- Continuously look for ways to add value, strengthen partnerships, and exceed client expectations.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience managing client accounts or customer relationships in a commercial or service-led environment.
- A proven track record of growing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong commercial awareness, with confidence managing pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence a range of stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to solve problems independently.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence using data and reporting to inform decisions and measure success.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Working Pattern
- Hours: 08:30am-17:30pm
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Location: Hybrid – Hurn and Christchurch Office
