Role Summary:
As an Account Manager at GOOD Agency, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of creative projects across a diverse range of commercial and charity clients. You’ll work on exciting creative campaigns spanning multi-channels such as TV, digital, social, print, radio across GOOD’s portfolio. This includes brand (positioning and design) projects. This role focuses on managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring projects run smoothly, and supporting the growth of accounts.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Client Services:
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communications, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
- Help the agency sell and deliver the very best creative work.
- Support Senior Account Managers and Account Directors in managing and regulating accounts, including budget tracking and reporting.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and organisation across all projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, understanding client needs and pressures.
- Help prepare presentations and reports.

Business Development (New and Existing Clients):
- Identify and flag potential opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts.
- Support Senior Account Managers / Account Directors and BDs in preparing for pitches and proposals.
- Contribute ideas and insights to help strengthen client relationships and deliver added value.
Project Management:
- Manage smaller projects or support on larger projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Ensuring adherence to importance campaign development processes.
- Prepare clear and accurate briefs for internal teams, ensuring client requirements are understood.
- Escalate potential issues early to prevent delays or budget overruns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to keep projects on track.
Team Support and Administration Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial administration, including invoices, billing schedules, and budget updates.
- Ensure accurate time-sheeting and support the team in managing workload priorities.
- Provide administrative support for account forecasting and reporting.
- Mentor and guide Account Executives where appropriate, helping them develop their skills.

What we're looking for:
- The Account Manager will have a passion for charities, purpose and doing good.
- Understand the sectors we work in and the products we offer.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Project management/ highly organised.
- Relationship management – internally and externally.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience of working in an integrated agency, working on a range of accounts.
- Direct Marketing.
- Delivering digital projects, direct mail and multi-channel campaigns.
- Candidates will ideally come with charity or purpose background, and have integrated experience working on a range of accounts, with strong direct & integrated marketing skills, including delivering digital projects and multi-channel campaigns end to end.
Good to know:
- We offer hybrid working, with a 3:2 pattern (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office).
- Salary up to £35,000 - depending on experience.
