Are you an experienced Medical Communications professional with a background in project delivery, publications management, and client partnership?
We're looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team and support the successful delivery of scientific communications programmes across a range of therapeutic areas. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced agency environment, partnering with clients and internal teams to manage complex publications and medical affairs projects from initiation through to completion.
Whether you're an experienced Account Manager or looking to take the next step in your MedComms career, you'll have the opportunity to develop your expertise across project management, client engagement, and financial operations while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.
What You'll Do:
As Account Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of multiple projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:
- Manage publications projects from kick-off through to completion, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and congress-related deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status trackers
- Independently drive smaller projects while supporting larger accounts and programmes
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Managing competing priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Support project financial management activities, including invoicing, budget creation, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Understand Statements of Work (SOWs) and supporting scope management across projects
- Identify and communicate potential out-of-scope activities and project risks
- Participating in client status calls and maintaining regular communication with clients by email and virtual meetings
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal colleagues
What You'll Bring:
- Experience working within a Medical Communications agency environment
- Publications management experience, including abstracts, posters, and manuscripts
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience supporting project financials, including invoicing, budget management, forecasting, or related responsibilities
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working directly with clients and managing project communications
- Oncology experience and previous use of iEnvision would be advantageous
