Social Account Manager
As a Social Account Manager, you will be the central point of contact for our clients’ social media activities, overseeing the execution of innovative social campaigns while building strong, trusted relationships with our agency’s multidisciplinary teams.
This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organised individual passionate about the social media landscape and excited by the integration of cutting-edge AI and technology to deliver outstanding results for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client liaison for all social media-related matters, fostering trust and aligning efforts with clients’ objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of campaign workflows, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution (both organic and paid).
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, production, and data teams to translate client objectives into performance-driven social-first briefs, content, and activations.
- Proactively identify campaign optimisation opportunities and contribute to strategic recommendations for clients.
- Oversee project budgets, scopes, and timelines, ensuring profitability through financial forecasting and cost reporting to the Account Director.
- Champion the use of AI tools, social listening platforms, and intelligent operating systems to enhance efficiency and innovate client solutions.
- Mentor junior team members (e.g., Account Executives) and foster a collaborative, client-centric environment.
- Strategically align all creative output with the brand’s identity, platform best practices, and campaign goals.

- Demonstratable experience in shaping and sustaining long-term client relationships as a trusted social media advisor.
- Social Campaign Leadership
- Proven ability to manage multi-platform campaigns (launches to long-term activations), including:
- Content calendars
- Community management
- Compliance & crisis response
- Performance reporting

- Deep understanding of current trends, features, and best practices for:

- Direct experience with budget management, scope negotiation, and profitability reporting within a creative AM.
- Integrated Collaboration
- Strong work ethic and a natural collaborator, bridging creative, strategic, and data-led teams to deliver unified, high-impact social strategies.

- Passion for AI-driven workflows and marketing technology, with a track record of harnessing tools to improve efficiency and ROI.

- Exceptional written and verbal skills for crafting compelling briefs, client-facing presentations, and internal reports.

Working Arrangements
