Account Manager
Account Manager – Medical Communications (Aesthetics)
Location: London/Manchester / Hybrid / Remote (UK)
Are you an experienced Account Manager looking to work on a high-profile, fast-paced account in one of the most exciting areas of healthcare?
We're looking for a talented client services professional to join our international team, supporting a market-leading aesthetics brand in the post-launch phase of its growth journey. This is a busy and rewarding role where you'll work as a true strategic partner to your client, delivering innovative medical communications programmes that make a real impact.
With a mix of cutting-edge digital initiatives, virtual engagement programmes, and high-profile in-person events, this role offers variety, visibility and the opportunity to work at the forefront of the aesthetics market.
The Role
As Account Manager, you'll be central to the delivery of a broad range of medical communications activities, working closely with clients, scientific teams, and cross-functional colleagues across multiple geographies.
You'll thrive in a fast-moving environment, confidently managing multiple workstreams while building strong client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

- Serve as the day-to-day client contact and trusted partner, building strong and collaborative relationships
- Lead the delivery of complex medical communications programmes across international markets
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and project workflows across multiple concurrent activities
- Coordinate the development of engaging digital assets and educational materials
- Support the planning and execution of virtual and face-to-face meetings, advisory boards, congress activities, and educational events
- Collaborate with scientific, creative, and digital teams to deliver impactful, high-quality communications
- Identify opportunities to add value and contribute to the continued success and growth of the account
About You
- Experience within a medical communications agency environment
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting virtual and in-person events (highly desirable)
- Comfortable working within international teams and across global programmes
- Commercially aware, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust with clients and colleagues alike
- An interest in aesthetics, dermatology, or related therapeutic areas would be advantageous
