Account Manager | Manchester City Centre | £40,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission
Looking for an Account Manager role where you can genuinely influence client growth rather than simply maintain relationships?
Want to join a fast-growing SaaS business where you'll work with ambitious retailers, build long-term partnerships and play a key role in a business that's expanding internationally?
If so, this could be worth a look.
The Business:
Join a market-leading SaaS business helping businesses all over the world. Trusted by hundreds of businesses across the UK and internationally, the company combines cutting-edge technology with exceptional customer service to help retailers improve efficiency, increase profitability and drive long-term growth.
With ambitious international expansion plans and significant investment in both people and technology, it's an exciting time to join a collaborative business that genuinely invests in its employees and promotes from within.
The Role:
As Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, building trusted relationships while identifying opportunities to help them get even more value from the platform.
This is far more than a traditional account management role. You'll become a strategic partner to your customers, leading regular business reviews, supporting onboarding, driving product adoption and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services where they genuinely add value.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
