Account Manager London | Hybrid Working | Digital Media & Advertising


A fast-growing, award-winning digital media and AdTech business is seeking an Account Manager to join its Customer Success team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, driving campaign success, and working at the intersection of digital media, performance marketing, and customer service.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients during live campaigns, managing relationships, coordinating delivery, and ensuring campaign objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with agency and client stakeholders
  • Acting as the main contact for campaign-related queries and support
  • Delivering campaign reporting, insights, and performance analysis
  • Monitoring campaign delivery and performance, identifying risks and optimisation opportunities
  • Coordinating campaign setup and execution with internal teams
  • Working closely with Sales and Activation teams to align campaigns with client objectives
  • Supporting post-campaign analysis and business growth initiatives
  • Contributing ideas to improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency
  • Maintaining expertise across digital advertising platforms, ad servers, and tracking technologies.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Campaign Management, or a similar client-facing digital media role
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities
  • Experience interpreting campaign data and delivering actionable insights
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of the digital media and advertising ecosystem
  • Experience using ad-serving, campaign management, or tracking platforms.
