The Role
Our Account Manager role offers growth, relationships and revenue potential. Hot leads are pre-approved, eliminating cold calling so you can focus on sales from the start.
You’ll build relationships with customers, lenders and dealerships, securing market share growth while upholding our core mission: best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Customer relationships: Establish and nurture relationships over-the-phone, aligning financial needs with car preferences and supporting end-to-end purchase processes.
- Lead management: Efficiently track new leads, maximising conversion rates.
- Follow-ups: Manage post-sale interactions with clients, dealerships, and lenders.
- Regulatory compliance:
- Conduct DPA (Data Protection Act) checks to verify client eligibility.
- Ensure full compliance with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) regulations.
- Record-keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions.
- Market insight: Track financing trends, interest rates and lender criteria; educate customers on products, suggesting the best fit for their needs.

Key Requirements
- Enthusiasm: Must be a natural salesperson with contagious positivity, exuding confidence across all communications.
- Industry experience: Proven success in car finance sales/account management.
- Organisational skills: Spotless attention-to-detail to manage customer pipelines efficiently alongside fresh leads.
- Rapport-building: Quickly establish trust over-the-phone with clients, lenders, and dealerships.
- Resilience: Adaptable to change, resilient when faced with challenges.
