The Role

Our Account Manager role offers growth, relationships and revenue potential. Hot leads are pre-approved, eliminating cold calling so you can focus on sales from the start.

You’ll build relationships with customers, lenders and dealerships, securing market share growth while upholding our core mission: best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Customer relationships: Establish and nurture relationships over-the-phone, aligning financial needs with car preferences and supporting end-to-end purchase processes.
  • Lead management: Efficiently track new leads, maximising conversion rates.
  • Follow-ups: Manage post-sale interactions with clients, dealerships, and lenders.
  • Regulatory compliance:
    • Conduct DPA (Data Protection Act) checks to verify client eligibility.
    • Ensure full compliance with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) regulations.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions.
  • Market insight: Track financing trends, interest rates and lender criteria; educate customers on products, suggesting the best fit for their needs.

  • Industry experience: Proven success in car finance sales/account management.
