The Role: Account Manager
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Account Manager to join our Sales Team. Responsible for managing core existing clients, developing customer relationships, and capitalising on new inbound opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely inbound enquiry responses, accurate quotations, and effective follow-ups, adhering to Vuba’s sales process – prioritising customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a core customer account list, nurturing relationships and maximising customer value against commercial objectives.
- Proactively identify and engage new prospective customers.
- Utilise commercial judgement to negotiate profitable sales, safeguarding profit margins aligned with the company business plan.
- Achieve monthly revenue & activity targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Prospect & Microsoft Office proficiencies).

- Sharp commercial acumen and strong ability to negotiate on the company’s behalf.
- Technical familiarity with Microsoft Office and a quick learner for CRM systems (e.g., Prospect).
