Our client, a highly successful and growing professional services organisation based in St Albans, is looking for an Account Manager to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, coordinating projects and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Working with a portfolio of clients, you'll be the main point of contact throughout the client journey, ensuring projects run smoothly, expectations are managed and clients receive a first-class service at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle
  • Coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are achieved
  • Providing clear and professional communication to clients and stakeholders
  • Managing client expectations and resolving queries effectively
  • Reviewing documentation and financial information with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ensuring all compliance and administrative requirements are met
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Working closely with internal departments to deliver successful outcomes for clients
