Role: Account Manager
Location: Woodstock, Oxfordshire (with flexibility to work from home)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (based on experience)

Levo is a specialist automotive agency, helping some of the world’s most recognised brands connect data, CRM, marketing and digital to deliver measurable growth.
Founded in January 2022, we’ve experienced significant growth, from three founders to a team of over 30. We currently work with some of the biggest automotive brands in the world and have plans to continue growing in the UK and abroad.

Job description:
We are looking for an Account Manager to act as the primary contact for Levo’s clients, overseeing and managing all campaigns and activities.
In this pivotal role, you will not only manage projects from inception to execution but also ensure they align seamlessly with both client objectives and strategic goals.
The successful candidate must be able to take our client's objectives and translate these into a robust strategy and brief that can be used to inform creative, digital and data departments. They must be used to working on multiple clients and projects, ensuring we are meeting clients' deadlines, and that all activity is effectively managed through our internal creative process.
You will also be responsible for articulating each campaign's success and the impact this has had on building awareness and engagement, but also leads and sales. The successful candidate must be comfortable presenting this complex information back to the client, clearly articulating the impact it has had, in an easy-to-understand way.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working across multiple client projects at any time.
- Be the point of contact for any client enquiries on a day-to-day basis.
- Build deep relationships with clients, becoming an invaluable extension of their team.
- Understand each client's strategy and objectives, and translate this into both; an overarching marketing plan, as well as applying this to individual briefs and projects.
- Project manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
- Manage client budgets, planning activity based on balancing client requirements with what they have to spend.
- Establish measurable KPIs and track client success metrics, making data-driven recommendations for strategy optimisation.
- Understand reporting metrics, and articulate these to clients in written campaign reports or presentations.
- Conduct regular status reviews, monthly operational review meetings, and periodic client strategy meetings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver client requirements.
- Take insight/research created by Levo and interpret this to develop into strategies and comprehensive briefs that ensure creative, digital and development teams have a full and detailed view of what they need to produce.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to offer timely advice to clients.
- Quickly understand a client's product, service or proposition at speed.
- Brilliant attention to detail, able to quality check all client work, spotting errors, typos and grammatical errors before submitting work for internal/client review.
- Ability to review against campaign objectives - able to stand back and review the piece of work produced (e.g. a marketing email) prior to sending to a client to ensure it fully aligns to the brief and the client objectives and expectations.
