Training Sales Advisor – GTG Edinburgh [Arnold Clark]

Hours: Full time (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)


About the Role

As a Training Sales Advisor, you’ll be the premier point of contact, seamlessly handling inquiries from private individuals and businesses, promoting our training courses and apprenticeships, and nurturing cash sale opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing rapport with B2B customers and driving sales conversations
  • Conducting accurate SME market research and maintaining robust customer prospect profiles
  • Delivering personalised, high-value recommendations
  • Ensuring smooth internal communication supporting lesson/booking management

Daily Responsibilities

  • Handle web enquiries and ITA-funded short-course requests
  • Convert fifth-party in-person and telephone sales via a CRM-informed process
  • Build meaningful relationships with SME clients
  • Close sales opportunities in our cash sale system
  • Update CPD & client records with 100% accuracy
  • Deliver independent sales pitches and programme consultancy via phone or face-to-face
