£35,000 - £37,000 per annum
Your role with us: The PMR Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the commercial operations of the Precious Metals Recovery business. This is a fast paced, relationship driven role where you will take ownership of a portfolio of supplier accounts, driving engagement, retention and growth.
You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding supplier relationships, onboarding new suppliers, processing orders and improving feedstock quality and volume. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of high grade material, while delivering a high quality, consultative experience to suppliers.
You will be joining a high performing, ambitious team where curiosity, organisation and drive are key to success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, seeing opportunities and continuously improving how things are done.
We are looking for people who have: Experience in account management, telesales or sales within a B2B setting A proven ability to build rapport and manage commercial relationships remotely Proven experience of managing complex and demanding customers or suppliers Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast paced environment A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn, develop and identify growth opportunities Strong commercial acumen with a drive to meet and exceed targets
