Account Manager / Sales Executive

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + Performance-Related Bonus
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Location: Wrotham, Sevenoaks, Kent (TN15) – Office Based
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

From branded apparel and exhibition giveaways to print, packaging and bespoke promotional campaigns, we work with clients across a wide range of industries, delivering innovative solutions backed by exceptional customer service.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our expanding team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships and developing existing accounts. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through additional products and services.

Working closely with clients from enquiry through to delivery, you'll provide an outstanding customer experience while contributing to the continued success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell promotional merchandise, branded clothing, print and marketing solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Work towards individual sales and revenue targets by growing existing customer spend.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions and industry events to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, product innovations and new branding solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially aware, organised and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in an Account Management, Account Development, Internal Sales or Customer Relationship role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A confident, professional and personable approach with customers.
  • The ability to identify commercial opportunities and maximise account growth.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a positive outlook.
  • A genuine passion for sales, customer service and building long-term client partnerships.

Experience within promotional merchandise, print, branded products or marketing services would be advantageous but is not essential.
