Skyrise is the Audience Design platform. Headquartered in Manchester, our team is spread out across the UK from London to the North East. Through unique access to high quality, privacy-first data sets, we help advertisers better their marketing by creating audiences that don’t yet exist. We identify how large these bespoke audiences are, where they tend to live, where they go, what media they consume, what they purchase, what their interests are. We bring this to life with rich visuals and insights before making those learnings available to power better media planning, buying and measurement.
About the role
We pride ourselves on providing spectacular levels of service and insight to our Clients, therefore rely on our Account Management team to manage the entire account cycle and nurture client relationships. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of campaigns – from multichannel planning & execution, to providing professional after-sales support to enhance the customers campaign set up process and managing day-to-day reporting to clients.
Duties and responsibilities
Key responsibilities and duties will include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Skyrise clients. Understand their business objectives, marketing needs, and target audiences to provide customised solutions.
- Provide support to producing high quality proposals, recommendations, and innovative media solutions in response to client briefs.
- Successfully deliver campaigns from conception to completion, regularly collaborating with the delivery teams to clarify output requirements and ensure campaigns are executed efficiently.
- Keep in touch with your clients at every step of the campaign, you will monitor and get involved with any campaign related issues and track performance and reporting.
- Have a full understanding of the budget and terms for each opportunity. This will mean ensuring all systems are updated as required, manage forecasts and support Finance for billing, credit checks and queries.
- Attend pitches and client meetings, presenting useful case studies and informative insights including articulating campaign results through post campaign analysis reports.
- Ensure all information is in the correct place, generate the Contract or IOs, secure sign off and share documentation in relevant systems.
- Collate campaign parameters, creative assets, campaign tracking and ensure campaign kick- off calls are coordinated to deliver a thorough campaign briefing to traders.
- Take accountability for overall campaign performance, working closely with the trading team to monitor pacing and delivery and ensure campaign success in relation to KPIs.
- Know your client set in depth to unearth new commercial opportunities.

- At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar account management role
- Experience building and managing relationships with multiple parties; clients and internal teams
- Strong product and set up knowledge -relevant experience working across digital and media channels with a keen interest in online/digital media
- Exposure to channel planning, with an interest or desire to expand your skills into thinking critically, strategising and looking forward to new opportunities and developments
- Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Highly organised – with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively
- Knowledge of the digital media industry and understanding of the intricacies of the landscape
- A self-starter with consistently positive attitude towards your job, team and company
- Both innovative and creative with a passion for adding value at each interaction
