## Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of Access Delta customers across third-party logistics (3PL), distribution, manufacturing, and eCommerce.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full Access software suite, including ERP, finance, HR, and reporting tools.
- Orchestrate product demonstrations and tailor solutions to each customer’s unique needs.
- Oversee renewals, forecasting, and pipeline activity in Salesforce, collaborating seamlessly with implementation and support teams to maintain a frictionless experience.
Ideal Skills & Experience: ✔ Familiarity with warehouse management, supply chain, or logistics operations. ✔ Direct experience servicing 3PL, distribution, or manufacturing clients. ✔ Working knowledge of ERP systems or integrated software platforms. ✔ Experience in gathering and acting on customer feedback to enhance products/services.
